Regional Sports & Recreation Complex

An additional complex will help fill needs identified by
the sports community.

Preliminary plans include:
• Multi-purpose indoor courts
• Community flex spaces
• Indoor children’s play area
• Outdoor multi-purpose fields

Additionally, the City of Rochester does not have any
outdoor field-based or pickleball facilities that meet
the threshold for anchor sports tourism complexes,
and there is only one indoor court-based facility in the
area that meets size requirements.
Rochester residents are having a hard time
finding recreational spaces that they can utilize
and enjoy at a reasonable time of day.
